RogersGray is currently seeking talented candidates for an Assistant Account Manager in our Business Insurance Service Division located in the Kingston Office. What on earth would an Assistant Account Manager be doing, you ask?

  • Assisting Account Managers….haha! Okay, fine...
  • Acting as a gatekeeper of information and requests for our Business Insurance Clients, escalating to Account Managers when necessary, or responding directly to client needs
  • Supporting Account Managers and Producers in a team approach to serving Clients – each person has their piece of the puzzle!
  • Engaging with the learning opportunities available through the RG Academy to enhance your insurance knowledge & service skills

We need our qualified candidates to have…

  • Commercial Insurance and agency experience, let’s say no less than 1-3 years – we’d love you to have a solid foundation we can build on!
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teammates to meet the needs of your internal and external customers
  • A strong service mindset
  • Impeccable organization and time management skills

But we’d be head over heels if you also had…

  • High proficiency in the full Microsoft Suite
  • A love of learning and technology – the faster you learn, the faster you can dive in and help others!
  • An acumen for identifying and solving problems in workflows and procedures
  • Applied Epic experience, even if it’s just a little!
